HIIT-N-Hops Workout Series

Get in a great 45-minute HIIT workout followed by some hops at one of our 5 workouts held with the Milwaukee County Parks Traveling Beer Garden! For our schedule and to register, click here!


Join at South Shore Park every Saturday morning at 8 a.m. for Milwaukee's original bootcamp. Our 45-minute circuit workout overlooks Lake Michigan, rain or shine. You can fuel-up after the workout at the South Shore Farmer's Market running June 17 to Sept. Grab one of our 5, 10 or 20 sessions and join this great park workout here. 

B4: Bells, Balls, Bodyweight and BEER!

We are taking our popular Wednesday night B3 class outside for the summer and adding BEER! Join us every Wednesday at South Shore Park for this 45-minute strength and conditioning workout, followed by some socializing over a tasty beverage at the South Shore Beer Garden.
